As a TCP HBM Equipment Manager at Micron Technology Inc. you will be responsible for the HBM Prober testing tools and staff management and development of direct reports to enable probe and fab product equipment functions and good cross department communication to support AI business.
To assist with improving output capability by conducting tool performance improvement and active strategy application to hit business goals.

To manager tool maintenance sustain and keep high tool MA.
To improve tool performance and recipes optimization to enable output max
Understand long term department and company goals and their impact on your area. Research and provide input to the appropriate management team to meet department goals.
To assist with improving individual capability by conducting performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans.
To monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities include ensuring organizational compliance to company policies and regulations.
Good communication enable problem resolving with cross dep and supplier.
