We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our organization as Head of Portfolio and Launch for Taiwan and Hong Kong. This role is critical in shaping our portfolio strategy and ensuring launch excellence for new products. You will oversee the planning execution and optimization of product launches while driving portfolio performance and lifecycle management. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will ensure that our biosimilar specialty and Sandoz brand products achieve rapid and sustainable market success.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Define and execute portfolio strategy for Taiwan and Hong Kong ensuring alignment with global regional and cluster objectives.
• Lead launch planning and execution for new products embedding launch excellence principles across all stages.
• Develop and implement lifecycle management strategies to maximize portfolio value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access Sales Marketing Medical Affairs Regulatory Commercial Operations) to ensure seamless launch readiness and execution.
• Monitor market trends competitive landscape and policy changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Business or a related discipline; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical sector with a proven background in portfolio management and product launches.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex product launches and driving measurable market impact.
• Indepth understanding of Taiwan and Hong Kong healthcare systems regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
• Strong ability to lead influence and manage diverse stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent analytical strategic thinking and communication abilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
