Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager professional to join our team. The role involves managing month-end closing audits taxation and comprehensive accounting operations while ensuring accurate reporting and timely compliance. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to drive financial discipline oversee reconciliations and support critical business reporting. What Youll Do
- Driving & managing month close process along with PL review as per defined timelines
- Balance sheet analysis Quarter on quarter along with rationale/ justification for drop / incr in cost.
- Driving the audit for legal entity and ensuring the closure before the timelines set by the management.
- Driving Tax audit Transfer Pricing audit and COI filing with the due date
- Processing payments of invoices accurately & within the time periods
- Debtors: Timely follow up of collection with the client and ensuring that payments are collection within the credit period.
- Taxation : Applying correct TDS rates based on the nature of services rendered by the vendor
- GST : Taking GST input credit as per ITC rule and GST Reconciliation
- Handling income tax assessment and providing schedules to the consultant.
- Provision & Unbilled tracking and timely release
- Collaborating with the teams to work on various accounting projects.
- Submission of various report for management (Sales & Cost reporting Account payable Account receivable Accrual ageing etc)
- Performing vendor and customer reconciliations of accounts
- Supporting the HOD & senior accountant for any adhoc assignment
Who You Are
- 8 years of experience in Month close Accounts Finalization Audit AP ARGL review etc
- Taxation knowledge (GST & TDS) must
- Semi-qualified CA/ MBA
- Familiar with Excel formula and other pivot table anyalsis
- Exposure to Netsuite
