1. Vendor Coordination

- Ensure timely delivery of profiles and HR services.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.
3. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across teams.
- Plan schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain learning records.
4. Team Management
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
- Allocate tasks monitor performance and ensure high productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
5. HR Business Partnering
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.
- Drive employee engagement performance management and HR operations.
- Provide strategic HR advisory to support business goals.
