Job Title: Regional Operations Manager Kerala & Tamil Nadu Division: PSIPL Corporate Department/Group: IFMS Operations Location: - Grade Senior Manager/ AGM Travel Required: Yes Position Type: Full time Total Experience 12 - 15 years of experience in handling sales and operations In IFMS industry Objective of the Job Lead IFMS Operations for the region ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Business Management Achieve Revenue and G.O.P. for the region as per budget Strategic Business projections & budgeting Influence region towards sustainable self-propelling growth track Stakeholder Management Ensure client retention of more than 98% by ensuring service quality as per agreements and by client engagement People Management Ensure Safety best practices are rolled out across all sites Develop and train teams to ensure capability building for business continuity Engage and motivate team to ensure maximum productivity and better output Governance Adhere to company Q&A objectives and processes Ensure statutory compliance is maintained at the desired levels Preferred Skill Sets Proficient team management skills Tenacious client engagement capabilities Fair command on communication and presentations Desired Qualification Any Graduate (Engineering preferred) with PG
