Job Summary
Digital Studios (DS) team is responsible for providing high-quality ML data operations (annotations/audits) and Gen-AI content creation services to support our customers in launching new products and features while supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle (pre-launch beta and post-launch). The team works closely with Amazon internal customers within various organizations who need high-quality data and content creation services. DS goal is to provide end-to-end solutions including annotations audits retouch and Gen-AI content creation using established tools.
Production Coordinator works directly with internal customers and Digital Studios team to drive projects to completion. They are experts in ML data operations and Gen-AI content creation initiatives managing people
Key job responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholder and act as the main point of contact for specific projects
Create a strategic plan for the clients annotation projects and requirements
Work with multiple internal teams (data product R&D engineering and science) to align on clients goals requirements headcount and deadlines
Own and lead various machine learning algorithm projects some prior examples include outfit recommendations on Detail Page Alexa What Should I Wear and Virtual Closet
Meet customers expectations by diving deep into their KPIs analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
Report progress learnings and goals to operations team in order to drive process improvements
Drive Gen-AI content creation projects using established tools
Monitor and maintain quality standards for both annotations and content creation
Lead training sessions for new tools and processes
Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and team performance
- BA degree
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience in resolving conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses or experience in quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance)
