Job Summary
Required Profile
To align with the technical requirements of handling .NC files and production machinery in India
the following qualifications are proposed:
Diploma or B.E./ in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
Certified course in CNC Programming (G-code/M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g.
AutoCAD SolidWorks Mastercam).
5 10 years in a Production Planning & Control (PPC) or CNC Programming role within a
steel manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Validation: Compare .NC (numerical control) files with 2D manufacturing
drawings to ensure that production machinery produces parts correctly.
Machine Coordination: Analyze and determine the specific equipment required for each task
and translate data into a language understandable by the designated machinery.
Quality Control: Verify all data before fabrication begins including dimensions quantities
and the specific capacity of equipment to reproduce required details.
Documentation Management: Produce and verify manufacturing lists and print and control
fabrication drawings.
Production Optimization: Program or validate CNC files for various plant
