Profile Description
Were seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Performance & Data Analytics Engineer in Workforce Technology & Services to join our team with a strong focus on Windows Desktop and VMware virtualization. This is a hands-on technically demanding role that requires deep expertise in scripting performance engineering data analytics and system analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation strategic thinking capabilities and excellent communication and collaboration addition to core engineering responsibilities the candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and be comfortable working with large datasets to uncover performance trends and optimization opportunities. Proficiency in Excel Macros Power BI Grafana Tableau and PowerShell scripting is essential for data manipulation visualization and automation. Experience with automation frameworks and tools is highly desirable as the role involves streamlining performance testing and reporting processes. A passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies is key to success in this role.

This is Associate position that provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines implementing data models optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.
