Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: 4 PM 2 AM

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (6 months)

CTC: Up to 25000/month (hike on last CTC as per market standards)

Job Description:

We are hiring Healthcare Operations professionals for a leading MNC client. This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity where you will work directly with the client while payroll will be under 2COMS.

You will be part of the Healthcare Management team supporting hospital and provider administration functions ensuring operational excellence compliance and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver daily output as per defined productivity targets
Follow and adhere to process documentation and SOPs
Work closely with Process Leads to streamline operations
Achieve KPIs and meet defined SLAs consistently
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce risk
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Handle Provider Data Management & Provider Written Enquiries
Support healthcare operations such as RCM Claims Provider Services

Requirements

Eligibility:

Non Tech Graduates
Minimum 1 years of relevant US healthcare experience
Experience in RCM / Claims / Provider Operations / Healthcare Back-office
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance
Willingness to work from office

Note:

Candidates should be comfortable with contract roles and night shifts.
