As part of a national brand with 30 years of leadership were growing fast and looking for a true hunter to drive sales with property managers commercial building owners and business decision-makers.
What Youll Do
- Prospect Relentlessly Spend the majority of your time cold calling canvassing buildings and walking into businesses to generate new clients and referral partners.
- Focus on Commercial Wins Target property managers real estate groups and commercial accounts while also tapping into residential/referral opportunities when valuable
- Close Quick-Turn Deals Drive sales by booking site visits delivering proposals and converting new business quickly
- Expand Market Presence Become the face of Rolling Suds in the field representing our brand with professionalism and confidence
- Collaborate With Leadership Work directly with the owner and leadership team to execute strategy and maximize growth opportunities

What Were Looking For
- 1 years in outside sales canvassing or B2B business development
- Proven success cold calling door knocking or building your own pipeline
- Strong closer with consultative sales skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to self-generate deals
- Familiarity with property management real estate or commercial services is a plus
