Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with business development giving you the opportunity to manage end-to-end hiring processes and bring new clients on board. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the business while helping candidates find their ideal careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment) including:
- Sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments.
-Coordinating with clients and candidates through the offer stage.
- Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proactively generate new business by identifying and onboarding clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements and business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends talent pools and competitive landscapes.
