Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Network & VoIP Engineer to support our IT and communication systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn grow and build a career in networking and VoIP technologies.

Requirements

Network Support

Assist with basic configuration and troubleshooting of network devices (routers switches access points).
Support day-to-day network monitoring and reporting.
Help maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and resolve minor network issues.
Assist in managing IP addresses DHCP DNS and VLANs.
Follow standard procedures for network incidents and escalate as needed.

VoIP Support

Support configuration and troubleshooting of IP phones and softphones.
Assist in setting up VoIP extensions call flows and basic IVR changes.
Perform basic SIP log checks and coordinate with senior engineers during VoIP issues.
Help maintain VoIP system documentation and backups.

Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Electronics or related field.
01 year of experience in networking or VoIP (internships count).
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP routing switching).
Basic knowledge of VoIP concepts (SIP RTP codecs) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like ping traceroute and basic CLI commands.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
Certifications such as CCNA Network or VoIP courses are an advantage.

Required Skills:
