Job Summary

Job Description:

Review electrical layout drawings SLDs and wiring diagrams
Ensure compliance with IS standards fire norms and electrical codes
Coordinate with consultants and vendors for approvals
Maintain and update as-built drawings

Prepare electrical BOQ (HT/LT panels cables lighting earthing DBs)
Evaluate vendor quotations and technical submissions
Validate PR/PO technical specifications

Supervise installation and commissioning at warehouse sites
Conduct functional checks for lighting DG UPS panels fire alarm systems
Ensure IR testing loop testing and earthing tests are completed

Prepare preventive maintenance schedules
Handle electrical breakdowns and fault rectification
Ensure minimal downtime of electrical systems

Ensure electrical safety and statutory compliance
Support audits (internal insurance statutory)
Maintain test reports load calculations and energy records
Monitor energy consumption

Suggest energy-saving initiatives (LED upgrades PF improvement)
Coordinate smart energy monitoring where required
Supervise contractors and monitor work quality
Check materials and installation standards
Support billing and joint measurement approvals
