Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural designs drawings and spatial layouts.
Interpret and analyze project blueprints technical specifications and design documentation.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments external contractors and design consultants.
Participate in site visits conduct inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable building codes regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution (mandatory).
23 years of hands-on experience in real estate or construction project environments.
Solid grasp of architectural principles construction methodologies and design workflows.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp (preferred).
Excellent communication organizational and teamwork abilities.
