Job Summary

Job Title: Junior Firmware Designer

Description: We are seeking a talented Junior Firmware Designer to join our team at Elecbits a leading electronics development and manufacturing platform. As a Junior Firmware Designer you will be responsible for leading the firmware development process designing developing testing and maintaining efficient firmware for embedded systems. You will collaborate closely with hardware engineers implement communication protocols create technical documentation troubleshoot firmware bugs and optimize algorithms for signal processing and control systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead the firmware development process from conceptualization to mass manufacturing hand-off
Design develop test and maintain firmware for embedded systems
Collaborate with hardware engineers to define hardware/firmware interfaces and debug system-level issues
Implement and debug communication protocols
Create and maintain technical documentation
Identify and resolve firmware bugs
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
Develop and optimize algorithms for various applications
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements and planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or related field
0-2 years of experience in firmware development
Proficiency in C/C for embedded systems
Experience with communication protocols and microcontroller architecture
Practical knowledge of RTOS and debugging tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
