Job Description:
As an Account Manager at CodiFi your key responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients to understand their business objectives expectations and challenges and acting as the primary point of contact.
Project Coordination: Overseeing end-to-end project execution by coordinating with internal teams ensuring deliverables meet client specifications quality standards and agreed timelines.
Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts supporting client retention and contributing to new business acquisition efforts.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring account performance tracking key metrics and preparing periodic reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
