Job Summary
- Being a member of the nursing team which is responsible for meeting the daily nursing personal and psychological requirements of the residents
- To encourage the inhabitants of the nursing home to be as independent as possible in their daily life activities both physically and personally.
- Maintain a welcoming engaging and appealing environment for the residents.
- To plan organise carry out and assess nursing care while keeping thorough records For example current care plans
- To administer medical treatments in accordance with An Bord Altranais guidelines
- Each nurse should follow the Bord Altranais Code of Professional Conduct.
Requirements
- Candidate should have NMBI PIN.
- To work flexible on day and night
- Must have Nursing experience in Ireland.

Required Skills:
Medication administration and management Wound care and pressure injury prevention Patient assessment and care planning Infection prevention and control IV therapy and cannulation (where applicable) Catheter PEG and continence care Monitoring vitals and recognising deterioration Documentation and clinical reporting Communication with patients families and MDT Time management and prioritisation
Required Education:
