We are hiring Staff Nurses for a leading Nursing Home in Kildare Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent evidence-based nursing care and implementing all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified and reviewed accordingly
- Provide mentorship and training to staff as required
- Record clinical practice in line with NMBI standards
- Ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
- Supporting the daily administration and functioning of the home in accordance with the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People.
- Represent the nursing home always and act in the residents and the facilitys best interests.
- Possess a strong sense of self-motivation and a drive to collaborate with others in order to create better care models for the home.
- Take the initiative to look for ways to improve and welcome change.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years working in a Nursing Home setting is essential
- Be eligible to work in Ireland
- Experience working in a Nursing Home or Older Person setting desirable
