Permanent Full-Time Competitive Package up to $700253 p.a.

About the Role:

ME Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced medical leader for the position of Regional Director Medical Services (RDMS). This pivotal role combines clinical practice (0.5 FTE) with strategic and leadership responsibilities (0.5 FTE) ensuring safe connected healthcare across multiple rural and remote communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support medical service delivery across several regional facilities.
Provide clinical expertise while driving strategic initiatives for improved healthcare outcomes.
Foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams and regional referral centres.

Whats on Offer:

Total remuneration package up to $700253 p.a.
Base salary: $216643 $274678 p.a. (L18L27)
5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading.

Essential Criteria:

Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
Fellowship in General Practice (FACRRM or FRACGP/FRACGP-RG/FARGP).
Advanced skills in one or more areas such as Emergency Medicine Remote Medicine Adult Internal Medicine Paediatrics Mental Health or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.
C Class Drivers Licence.
Ability to meet pre-employment screening and vaccination requirements.
