• Own acquisition acrossallpaid mediachannels delivering measurable growth and optimising for CPA.

• Manage annual and monthly digital marketing budgets ensuring the right balance between brand and performance investment.

• Drive a test-and-learn culture running regular experiments to uncover new opportunities and keep ahead of market trends.

• Collaborate with Sales Brand and Marketing Operations ensuring campaigns align with business goals and customer needs.
