As a Sales Representative you will develop manage and expand a portfolio of clients by offering customized international transport solutions across air sea road and multimodal logistics. Working closely with operational and pricing teams you will create negotiate and close offers that fit each clients needs while driving strong results in revenue and profitability.

Requirements- Develop and grow your portfolio: manage existing clients and identify new business opportunities across air sea road and multimodal logistics. Convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
- Create tailored solutions and close deals: prepare quotes propose client-specific transport solutions negotiate rates and meet or exceed revenue margin and volume targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with Operations and Pricing to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor tenders and respond to commercial requests.
- Manage client relationships: maintain regular contact follow up on projects and resolve inquiries or disputes with professionalism. Identify cross-selling opportunities in customs warehousing and complementary transport.
- Track opportunities and report: update CRM tools or tracking spreadsheets produce commercial reports and share market insights. Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot Freightos or WebCargo is a plus.
- Take initiative and work independently: plan client visits manage your pipeline and proactively solve challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
What you bring: - 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Strong understanding of international transport Incoterms transport documents and customs formalities
- Experience in B2B sales negotiation and creating client offers
- Fluency in English and French
- Valid driving license
- Dynamism responsiveness and strong drive for results
- Strong interpersonal skills active listening and customer focus
- Ability to work independently organize client visits and handle multiple priorities
