Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Salary Package: Up to 60000 PHP/Monthly
Position Overview:
A hybrid operational and data quality specialist. This role blends hands-on list cleaning data validation and process management to ensure the accuracy and usability of client and prospect databases
Responsibilities:
- List Cleaning & Data Validation: Validate append and update critical data for clients and prospects in spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Process Management & Coordination: Own and manage internal CRM cleanliness SOPs including processing inbound leads handling duplicates updating client records and importing/tagging new lists.
- Cold Calling: Call clients and/or customers if necessary.
- Train and manage outside list cleaners spot-checking their work for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Document and report weekly list counts (raw leads MQLs SQLs appointments clients) to show trends in database health.
- Enforce company GDPR compliance through quarterly retention and destruction policies.
- Campaign Support: Prepare lists for import into marketing automation platforms.
- Support campaign execution by providing segmented validated lists for targeted marketing efforts and tag and update records post-campaign
- Collaboration & Communication with sales and marketing managers to review
- Attend weekly sales meetings to review lead/list issues report numbers and answer questions.
- Train new team members on CRM use and list cleaning best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Management.
- Experience working with U.S based client is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using different tools such as Microsoft Excel Power BI and etc.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- A client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
