Job Summary
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team in Madison this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met with accuracy professionalism and an exceptional service approach. You will support day-to-day account operations provide product or service guidance and contribute to building long-term successful client relationships.
Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their goals
Assist in preparing proposals reports and account documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions
Monitor account performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support the onboarding of new clients ensuring a seamless and positive experience
Address questions resolve concerns and provide knowledgeable guidance
Uphold the companys standards of service professionalism and client care
