Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse PreOp/PACU
Location: Warrensville Heights OH
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (7:00 AM 5:30 PM) Call required (Nights & Weekends)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $48.00 $51.00/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRegistered Nurse PreOp/PACUfor an exciting Travel or Local job inWarrensville Heights OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care to patients before and after surgical procedures.
Monitor vital signs administer medications and manage IVs.
Educate patients and families regarding pre- and post-surgical care.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical support during recovery.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists surgeons and other care team members.
Participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (in hand).
Minimum 18 months of recent PreOp or PACU experience.
At least 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in specialty prior to travel.
Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS.
Must be able to pass ECG rhythm recognition and Safe Medicate assessments during orientation.
