About the role:
We are seeking a sharp driven Cyber Security Engineer to join a high-performing fast-paced team. Youll play a key role in managing proxy and email security platforms troubleshooting complex environments and collaborating with network and infrastructure teams to ensure secure traffic flow and access control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Proxy and Email Security platforms (Cisco WSA ESA).
- Operate and troubleshoot Cisco ISE and Fire Power Management Console.
- Monitor analyse and respond to security events across multiple platforms.
- Assist in platform configuration policy tuning and operational support.
- Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure secure traffic flow and access control.
- Drive vulnerabilities to closure and triage problem records coordinating with vendors and escalating where required.
Required Experience:
- Solid hands-on experience with Cisco WSA/ESA Cisco ISE Fire Power Management Console RSA NetWitness Cisco Stealthwatch Cloudflare (security and performance configurations) and Web Application Firewall.
- Strong understanding of network protocols traffic flow and security enforcement points.
- Ability to write and interpret Splunk queries for ad-hoc investigations.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across complex environments.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
