Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fortinet Network Engineer to design implement and support secure network infrastructures with a strong focus on FortiGate firewalls and SD-WAN solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working in dynamic environments and delivering resilient secure network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design deploy and manage FortiGate firewalls across enterprise and multi-site environments
- Implement configure and optimize FortiGate SD-WAN solutions
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents
- Manage firewall policies VPNs (site-to-site and remote access) NAT and routing
- Perform upgrades patches and configuration backups
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure network security and performance
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams
- Support ongoing improvements to network security and architecture
Your Skills
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with strong Fortinet exposure
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls
- Solid experience implementing and supporting FortiGate SD-WAN
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP VLANs routing BGP/OSPF)
- Experience with VPN technologies and security best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and firewall issues
- Fortinet certification (e.g. NSE 4 NSE 5 or higher)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
