Job Summary

As we accelerate the growth and expansion of Commercial Roof & Wall business within Metal Solutions the Regional Sales Manager East will play a critical role in strategic planning and execution. Growing market share for in the commercial roof and wall segmentparticularly in the Eastern regionis a cornerstone of our growth strategy over the next three years.

This leader will manage a high-performing team and drive significant growth positioning MBCI as the preferred partner for Commercial Roof and Wall solutions with a focus on Architectural Metal Panels (AMP)

This role will be based and travel within the eastern U.S.

Scope of Role

  • Lead a team of 610 District Sales Managers across a large geographic region.
  • Manage a territory currently generating approximately $50M in revenue with significant growth targets over the next three years.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Business Development to maximize value from project specifications improving close ratios and margins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver a coordinated go-to-market strategy for commercial roof wall and related product solutions.
  • Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Lead integration initiatives to support aggressive M&A strategy.
  • Foster a sales culture of exceptional customer service and team success.
  • Recruit develop and retain top sales talent; coach underperformers and upgrade talent as needed.
  • Build and manage a team capable of executing sales and service initiatives effectively.

Essential Functions

  • Develop annual sales plans aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Direct implementation of sales policies and practices.
  • Ensure communication and marketing efforts support sales objectives and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate growth strategies with Business Development to expand market share for metal roof and wall systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field required.
  • 4-7 years of sales leadership experience including executive-level responsibilities.
  • Proven success in technical product sales within manufacturing or building materials.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive adoption of new ideas and strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver superior results.
  • Remote work acceptable; regular travel required.
