The Clinical Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis is a full-time non-tenure track promotable faculty member in the School of Education and Human Development at Saint Josephs University. Holding a 4-4 teaching load* the faculty member teaches across the undergraduate and graduate curricula both in-person and online. They also are expected to advise students contribute to a vibrant department and school climate and maintain an active scholarly agenda.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach courses across the undergrad and graduate curriculum both in-person and online
Serve as an academic advisor to majors within the department
Attend faculty meetings and contribute actively to the work of the department and school
Maintain an active research agenda
Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Licensed BCBA in good standing
Post-secondary teaching experience online and in-person
Familiarity with the requirements of the BACB and ABAI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to inclusive excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
