Job Summary
Platform Governance & Optimization
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for business applications (Airtbale Miro Jira ) across the organization.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling naming conventions folder structures and base architecture.
- Define and maintain organization-wide standards usage access and documentation.
- Implement quarterly workspace cleanup routines coordinate with workspace owners and ensure alignment with org structure.
Security & Compliance
- Enforce data governance policies including PII handling according to internal manuals and regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Monitor workspaces that contain sensitive or personal data and enforce strict access and visibility controls.
- Implement logging tracking mechanisms and timed data access (e.g. 60-second display killswitches).
- Conduct monthly user and license audits to manage costs and enforce role-based access controls.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Build and maintain no-code / low-code workflows using Airtable Automations Retool and other tools to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze pain points and inefficiencies and propose process automation solutions.
- Own end-to-end implementation of workflow automationsfrom requirement gathering to deployment.
Stakeholder Support & Enablement
- Act as a central point of contact for all business applications related inquiries from business teams.
- Provide direct support on setup automation design integrations and sync configurations.
- Deliver hands-on training documentation and enablement sessions to promote literacy within the company.
- Partner closely with department owners to ensure Airtable configurations meet business needs without compromising governance.
Monitoring & Incident Management
- Proactively monitor system performance data quality and user behavior across Airtable workspaces.
- Identify flag and resolve data inconsistencies or policy violations; escalate critical incidents to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Report KPIs and metrics related to platform health automation impact and user adoption.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience with Airtable in a business or enterprise context.
- Strong grasp of data security compliance principles and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools such as n8n Zapier Retool or similar.
- Familiarity with relational data structures and concepts (e.g. SQL ERD diagrams).
- Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously on multiple initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. JavaScript Python).
- Background in CRM tools business intelligence or internal operations systems.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehousing environments.
- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
