Position: ServiceNow Developer / Engineer (CMDB Focus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping
- Configure CI classes relationships reconciliation rules
- Build automation using JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer
- Support ITSM ITOM Asset Management integrations
- Troubleshoot CMDB and platform-related issues
- Perform CMDB audits and data cleanup
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
Required Skills:
- 3 years ServiceNow development or engineering experience
- Strong CMDB knowledge: CI relationships Discovery patterns
- JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer
- Experience with ITSM ITOM ITAM or SAM
- Knowledge of Discovery & MID Server integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC)
