About the role:

As the Resident Experience and Business Support Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring our residents have a positive experience and receive the support they need. You will be responsible for providing business support functions and assisting a team of dedicated staff.

You will provide specialist knowledge and expertise on the Business Support functions related to the relevant service area understanding the purpose of those functions in delivering a seamless service to Residents that meets statutory and regulatory standards.

The role will be working in one of the following teams;

Business Support Childrens

Business Support Education

Business Support Adults

Business Support Resources

Business Support Neighborhoods and Place

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee resident services and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Supervise business support functions including allocation of work and monitoring of outputs administrative tasks and coordination.

Provide guidance and support specialist knowledge and expertise on the Business Support functions related to the relevant service area.

Identify and oversee improvements to enhance the resident experience.

Handle resident enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Resident Experience and Business Support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this position you should meet the following requirements:

Numeracy and literacy qualification e.g. GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
