Job Summary
NEW PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR BASED IN ANDOVER.
Our client based in Andover Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBAs for a range of industries like automotive industrial and medical.
You will be the key point of contact for all escalations relating to Quality Cost Delivery and People working closely with the Production Manager Production Coordinator Engineering and Quality teams.
This role requires a confident adaptable leader who can work independently make sound decisions and lead from the front in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities as a Production Supervisor in Andover.
- Supervise operators to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Lead and progress designated product lines in line with production priorities.
- Conduct return-to-work interviews regular 1-to-1s and performance appraisals.
- Manage training plans and ensure training records are maintained.
- Review and communicate key performance metrics through daily and monthly reviews.
- Identify and propose improvement projects to reduce waste cost and cycle times.
Requirements as a Production Supervisor in Andover.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within manufacturing.
- Good organisational and planning skills with a focus on meeting production targets.
- Good understanding of quality standards and workmanship requirements.
