What youll be responsible for:
The selected candidate for the Business Operations Consultant role will oversee business operations manage diverse programs implement strategic operational plans and ensure the smooth execution of organizational processes. You will:
- Turn leadership goals into clear plans roadmaps and projects
- Own key workstreams across strategy operations go-to-market (GTM) or transformation
- Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions
- Design and improve processes so teams execute faster
- Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite VP functional heads) on high-impact initiatives
- Build clear reporting so everyone knows whats working
Youll be a strong match if you have:
- 3-5 years in consulting (MBB Big 4 or boutique firms) or strategic operations roles
- Experience owning end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives whether in strategy operations GTM or transformation and translating executive vision into executable roadmaps and workstreams
- Strong analytical capabilities and youre able to build models interpret data and extract actionable insights that inform decisions
- Expertise in process design and optimization that helps teams move faster and execute more effectively
- The ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite VP-level functional leaders) without direct authority
- Excellence in communication with the ability to distill complexity into clarity whether through presentations dashboards or conversations
- Comfort operating in ambiguous fast-moving environments where you define the path forward
