As our Penetration Testing Manager youll play a critical role in safeguarding INGs digital ecosystem. - Manage and co-ordinate end-to-end penetration testing engagements including scoping execution reporting and remediation support.
- Develop and maintain testing methodologies aligned with industry standards (e.g. OWASP MITRE ATT&CK NIST).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise testing efforts based on risk and business impact.
- Mentor and grow a team of penetration testers fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure timely and actionable reporting of findings including executive summaries and technical deep dives.
- Drive automation and tooling improvements to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Stay current with emerging threats vulnerabilities and offensive security techniques.
- Deep knowledge of offensive security principles techniques and methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in offensive security including team leadership and hands-on penetration testing expertise.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage delivery timelines resources and stakeholder expectations.
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles; experience in managed services environments is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with regulated industries is desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP or CREST are highly valued.
