About the Role

We are looking for experienced B2B Digital Sales Specialists to support multiple European markets from Sofia Bulgaria. This role focuses on cold calling lead generation and qualifying B2B opportunities within the tech and digital advertising sector.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B calls and identify potential business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads in your assigned language market
Present digital advertising and tech solutions to clients
Manage sales pipelines and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve KPIs and quarterly targets
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategy

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of B2B cold-calling sales experience
Strong background in business development and lead generation
Fluency in one of the following English:
- Italian
- French
- Dutch
- Spanish
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage
Comfortable working remotely
