You will play a key role at the top of the sales funnel supporting our Sales and Business Development teams by generating qualifying and nurturing leads across Europe and the US. You will drive outbound outreach maintain accurate lead and activity tracking and support pipeline progression ensuring high-quality opportunities move smoothly from first contact through discovery and beyond.
Tasks
- Own the top of the sales funnel by researching identifying and qualifying prospective customers.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to support outbound and conference-driven outreach.
- Execute outbound outreach across email LinkedIn calls and events with messaging tailored to fintech and private-markets buyers.
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify them against defined criteria ensuring strong handoffs to Sales.
- Draft refine and test outreach templates to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Keep lead records meeting notes and follow-ups accurate and up to date in CRM.
- Support Sales and Business Development teams with follow-ups reminders and pipeline coordination.
- Create reporting to track outbound performance and identify whats working and where traction is building.
- Monitor relevant industry events and flag those aligned with Tangibles goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development or related roles preferably with fintech or financial services; a finance background is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Folk or similar) email outreach and lead generation tools.
- Strong research organization and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
