Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Remote Portuguese-Speaking Healthcare Support Specialist based anywhere in Bulgaria. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service to our users in Portugal and Brazil.
What Youll Be Doing
You will be the welcoming voice and dedicated resource for our Portuguese-speaking clients primarily assisting them with healthcare-related inquiries resolving issues and providing clear empathetic guidance via phone email and chat. Excellent communication and meticulous record-keeping are key components of this role.
Work Logistics
- Location: Fully remote within Bulgaria (must be legally based in Bulgaria!).
- Start Date: December 15 2025.
- Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday. You will work one of these shifts: 11:00h20:00h 13:00h22:00h or 16:00h01:00h.
- Equipment: Dont worry about gear; all necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.
Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent/Native Portuguese is a must coupled with strong written and verbal communication in English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience: Prior experience in a support role is helpful but not strictly requiredwe will provide comprehensive training!
- Legal Status: You must already possess valid documentation authorizing you to work in Bulgaria for more than a year. This includes an EU Citizenship a valid Bulgarian Residency Card or a Refugee Card.
