Job Summary
We are actively recruiting for a Portuguese-Speaking Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team working fully remotely from anywhere within Bulgaria. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service in the vital healthcare sector. We value empathy and strong communication skills above all meaning prior experience is welcomed but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
Your Role and Schedule
You will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking user base. Your responsibilities include managing user inquiries efficiently via phone email and chat providing clear information about our healthcare services and resolving operational issues with accuracy and compassion. You will be responsible for meticulous documentation of all interactions in our system.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday on one of the following set shifts: 11:00h20:00h 13:00h22:00h or 16:00h01:00h. The anticipated start date is December 15 2025.
Essential Requirements
The absolute must-haves for this role are:
- Language Fluency: You must be fluent in Portuguese (C1-C2 both written and spoken) and possess a minimum of B2 level English proficiency.
- Work Eligibility: You must be legally authorized to work in Bulgaria with your document valid for more than one year. Accepted documents include a valid Bulgarian Residency Card EU Citizenship or a Refugee Card.
- Remote Setup: You must have a suitable quiet home workspace. All necessary professional equipment will be supplied by the company.
