Compensation: $125000 base 20%-40% bonus

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Partnerships & Strategy to lead growth strengthen referral relationships and expand our home health hospice and palliative care presence in the Phoenix market. This role drives strategy partnerships and sales performance while ensuring alignment with high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute market growth strategies.
Build strong referral relationships with hospitals physicians and community partners.
Lead business development activities and oversee KPI performance.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support seamless service delivery.
Represent the organization at events health fairs and community outreach.
Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Marketing Business Healthcare Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
7 years of healthcare sales/business development experience (home health or hospice strongly preferred).
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Strong communication relationship-building and strategic planning skills.
CRM proficiency (WellSky preferred) and strong financial acumen.
