The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely solutions.
- Support sales and service teams in achieving business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Computer literacy and experience with CRM or call management systems preferred.
- Reside in Colombo or nearby for easy commute.
