Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in Qatar is seeking experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee landscaping projects manage staff and ensure high-quality maintenance of gardens and green areas.

SALARY: QAR 2500 - 3500 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily operations of gardeners helpers and maintenance staff.
Plan and assign tasks such as planting pruning irrigation lawn care and pest control.
Inspect and monitor landscaped areas ensuring proper upkeep and adherence to project designs.
Oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation systems soil preparation and fertilization.
Train and guide workers in proper gardening techniques tool usage and safety practices.
Ensure timely completion of landscaping projects while maintaining quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping supervision.
Strong knowledge of horticulture irrigation systems and landscape maintenance.
Previous GCC experience preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage diverse teams.
