Job Summary
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for an experienced MEP Supervisors to join their team immediately.
SALARY: KWD 280
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor work quality timelines and productivity of the engineering team.
- Conduct inspections troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance repairs and technical reports.
- Provide guidance training and support to junior engineers and technicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures safety standards and technical operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
