Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in Dubai a leading Aluminum & Glass Industry is urgently seeking experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of aluminum and glass projects.

SALARY: AED 3000 - 4000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
Manage and coordinate teams of installers helpers and subcontractors.
Monitor project timelines and report progress to project management.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities and manpower.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Mechanical or related field.
35 years of proven site supervision experience in aluminum and glass installation.
Strong knowledge of façade systems drawings and installation procedures.
Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

BENEFITS:
