Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisor Turbo Charger for their Mechanical & Electrical Department to oversee turbocharger maintenance and repair operations and ensure team efficiency and quality standards.

SALARY: OMR 390 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the maintenance inspection and repair of turbochargers and related mechanical systems.
Coordinate and guide technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Review work for quality accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
Maintain records of work performed equipment status and project progress.
Ensure tools equipment and workspace are organized and safe.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in turbocharger maintenance or mechanical supervision.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial or automotive applications.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings manuals and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
