Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of targets.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns dealer meetings and company events.
- Manage documentation order processing and after-sales support to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle RMV documentation and liaise with leasing partners to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Prepare and monitor Sales and Service team expenses ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; part qualifications in Sales Marketing or Business Administration will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role with 12 years in a comparable position.
- Experience in vehicle registration and leasing processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team-oriented approach.
