Job Summary
One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry is looking for experienced Operations & Compliance Officer to ensure smooth business operations and adherence to company policies.
SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Management Finance or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in operations or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
