Job Summary

One of our prestigious clients in the Aviation and Cargo Handling industry is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Cargo Officer to join their team in Colombo immediately.

SALARY: LKR 50000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in daily cargo operations and documentation handling.
Coordinate cargo loading unloading and storage activities.
Ensure compliance with aviation and cargo handling standards.
Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking reports.
Liaise with airlines freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Provide customer service support for cargo inquiries.
Monitor safety and security protocols during cargo handling.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or certificate in Logistics Aviation or related field.
Prior experience in cargo or freight handling is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office Email).
