Role Summary
The Operation Excellence Specialist will support transaction execution and post-acquisition integration by designing scalable processes improving operational workflows and ensuring smooth onboarding of acquired companies. This role bridges strategy and operations to make our corporate development initiatives successful and repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with acquired companies to map current processes and identify improvement areas
Develop standardized playbooks for integration reporting finance HR and compliance
Coordinate PMO activities across due diligence integration and transformation projects
Support financial and operational assessments during deal evaluation
Partner with product finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution
Track KPIs integration milestones and performance improvements
Qualifications
37 years of experience in management/operations consulting accounting/finance PMO or corporate operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure and implement solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams
Excellent communication and documentation skills
