Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading Indonesian manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of paint and coating products for decorative industrial automotive and protective applications.
Job Responsibilities
- The HR Training & Development Supervisor is responsible for planning implementing and evaluating corporate training programs particularly for management and supervisory-level employees. This role works closely with expatriates and management and reports directly to the HR Manager.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for management staff and supervisors
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training plans
- Coordinate and facilitate corporate leadership and management training
- Support management meetings and training sessions involving expatriates
- Prepare training reports evaluations and documentation for the HR Manager
- Manage internal and external trainers vendors and training providers
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Education or related fields
- Minimum 34 years of experience in HR Training & Development
- Experience at Supervisor (SPV) level is preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); daily communication with expatriates
- Background in a manufacturing company is highly preferred
- Strong presentation communication and coordination skills
- Maximum age: 35 years
