Youll be joining our tight-knit team in the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) - a group that thrives on collaboration energy and delivering five-star this high-volume phone-based role youll engage warm leads build meaningful connections and help customers find the perfect vehicle - all while contributing to a supportive and high-performing team environment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to drive sales opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance across our range of vehicles.
- Managing leads through our CRM following up on enquiries and converting interest into sales.
- Introducing customers to our finance and aftercare options with a consultative approach.
- Meeting KPIs focused on sales performance customer satisfaction and engagement.
What Youll Bring
- A strong phone presence and the ability to connect and communicate with confidence.
- Experience in call centre sales customer service or retail - automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
- A passion for delivering a 5-star customer experience.
- Excellent listening communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and a team-first attitude.
- A current Drivers Licence (essential).
